Job summary

CVS Health in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead the staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information to and from management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help, thank customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and seasonal inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
