CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering strong store execution and customer service at CVS/pharmacy. You will assist in opening/closing procedures, supervise staff when managers are unavailable, and help create a welcoming shopping experience while protecting customer privacy.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and flexibility, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a pay range of $17.92 to $26.92 per hour

Qualifications

Required: Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends; overtime as needed.
Respond to urgent store issues per company policy.

Responsibilities

Lead store staff when no manager is available; support store management.
Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote service culture.
Price merchandise, stock shelves, set up displays and manage weekly, promotional merchandise.
