You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, organize merchandise, supervise associates, and participate in opening/closing procedures alongside the Store Manager. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise transfer from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Adhere to corporate directives and maintain displays.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; assist in loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Train and develop Store Associates under the Store Manager.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
