Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Oklahoma LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, and oversee merchandise flow from delivery to floor to ensure seasonal areas are well maintained.

The role involves opening/closing duties, processing directives, maintaining displays, assisting in ordering and loss prevention, and training Store Associates to uphold a safe, friendly store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional storefront fixtures and displays.
