Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and process directives and communications.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom; ensure store assets are protected.
