Reformation is seeking an Operations Associate (Part Time) for Georgetown, DC. You will support daily operations, standardize in-store processes, merchandising, and maintain a clean environment to help meet store goals and deliver a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include inventory control, inbound/outbound shipments, back-of-house organization, and assisting with visual merchandising to ensure brand standards. Flexible schedule, weekends included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience in a fastpaced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Driven approach to take on new challenges with self-motivation for your work and career.

Responsabilités

• Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures.
• Track in-store inventory accurately.
• Receive and process all inbound inventory shipments.
• Complete inventory tasks with attention to detail, including transfers and omni-channel orders.
• Process shipments - receiving, hanging, steaming, tagging and organizing back of house.
• Support markdowns when applicable.
• Submit facilities tickets to ensure maintenance and organization.
• Organize store supplies.
• Ensure back of house reflects brand standards.
• Prepare and deliver customer fitting rooms quickly and accurately.
• Support customer purchases in line with brand standards.
• Replenish the sales floor to maintain visuals and inventory levels.
• Assist with visual merchandising as new products arrive.
• Execute visual displays and mannequins when directed.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention and attendance adherence.
• Bring an ambitious and passionate attitude to work daily.
