Reformation in Tysons Corner is seeking an Operations Associate for part-time work to support daily store operations, inventory control, and merchandising while upholding brand standards.

You'll help ensure a welcoming shopping experience, manage stock, process shipments, assist with markdowns, and support loss prevention and back-of-house organization. Flexible scheduling and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a fast-paced retail/service environment.
• Familiar with desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience in sales or retail operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support store goals and daily operations.
• Maintain seamless store procedures and inventory accuracy.
• Process inbound shipments and omni-channel orders.
• Complete shipment processing and back-of-house organization.
• Assist with markdowns and visual merchandising as needed.
• Support loss prevention and time/attendance policies.
