You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready environment.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, strong planning, and collaboration with store leadership to align staffing and execution with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management.
• Knowledge of planogram (POG) execution and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and accountability.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Plan staffing with store leadership and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, customer-ready store.
• Manage inventory control and shrink reduction.
• Execute ad sets and price changes.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN.
• Train and develop team members.
• Partner in Asset Protection.
