You will join a team-focused store environment with hands-on training and growth opportunities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed).
• Stand and walk throughout shift; lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects and in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and teammates to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time and report completed work.
