Job summary

Serv-U-Success is hiring a Store Representative in Green Bay, WI. In this role you’ll stock shelves, set displays, and ensure stores are guest-ready every day.

You’ll work hands-on in stores, support merchandising projects, resets, and daily operations while building relationships with customers and teammates. This position offers hands-on training during the first two weeks (8:00am–2:00pm) and a full-time schedule from 10:00am to 7:00pm with possible weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards.
• Adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality work.
