True Religion Miami is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager (Part-Time) to support the Store Manager with sales execution, operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience at Dolphin Mall. The role emphasizes leadership on the sales floor, coaching, and maintaining brand standards to drive performance, payroll efficiency, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a retail supervisory or management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to drive store KPIs such as sales, payroll, and shrink.
• Hands-on leadership with coaching and communication skills.
• Experience with visual merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Results: Drive KPIs including sales, payroll, and shrink while maintaining standards.
• Lead on the Floor: Act as Manager on Duty, set expectations, and lead shifts.
• Communicate Effectively: Reinforce priorities and foster open communication.
• Coach & Develop Associates: Provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Execute with Ownership: Plan daily workload, staffing, and floor execution.
• Problem Solve & Protect Assets: Address challenges and support loss prevention.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Model brand-right behaviors.
• Operational Excellence: Assist with scheduling, payroll controls, and policy execution.
