Job summary

True Religion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving store performance, coaching associates, and upholding brand standards. This role leads on the sales floor, executes daily operations, and provides coverage in the Store Manager’s absence to maintain performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail supervisory or management
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred
• Proven ability to support store KPIs
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Experience with visual merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems

Responsibilities

• Support business results by driving KPIs such as sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink
• Act as Manager on Duty and lead shifts
• Communicate daily priorities and expectations to the team
• Coach and develop associates for performance and growth
• Plan daily workload, staffing, and floor execution
• Address issues in real time and support loss prevention and safety
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and model brand behaviors
• Assist scheduling, payroll controls, policy execution, and compliance
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy
• Handle other assigned tasks as needed
