Job summary

True Religion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in San Francisco Premium Outlets for a part-time role. You will support the Store Manager in driving store performance, coach associates, and uphold brand standards while ensuring a superior customer experience on the sales floor.

This role emphasizes leadership coverage, operational discipline, and execution of daily store priorities with energy and accountability. Flexible scheduling is required to meet peak retail hours.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role within fashion.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to support store KPIs including sales, payroll, and shrink.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Experience supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store KPIs including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink while upholding standards.
• Lead on the Floor as Manager on Duty, guiding shifts and maintaining a positive environment.
• Communicate priorities and expectations while fostering open, respectful dialogue.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and engagement.
• Plan daily workload, staffing, and floor execution to meet business needs.
• Protect assets and support loss prevention and safety practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by modeling brand behaviors.
• Maintain visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and a clean sales floor.
• Other assigned tasks as needed.
