True Religion Brand Jeans is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the San Francisco Premium Outlets, part-time, in the Store department on the sales floor.

You will support the Store Manager in driving store performance through sales execution, coaching, and operational discipline, while upholding brand standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role emphasizes leadership on duty, scheduling, loss prevention, and high standards of visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a retail supervisory or management role within fashion or specialty retail.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a hands-on leadership style.
• Experience supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
• Able to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable with retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive store KPIs including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink while upholding standards.
• Lead on the floor as Manager on Duty; set expectations and guide shifts.
• Communicate priorities, goals, and expectations clearly to the team.
• Coach and develop associates to support performance and growth.
• Plan daily workload, staffing, and floor execution to meet business needs.
• Address challenges and support loss prevention and safety practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and model brand-right behaviors.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
