Job summary

True Religion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Wrentham Premium outlet in a part-time role. This position supports the Store Manager in driving sales, operations, and an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.

You will coach associates, lead shifts as Manager on Duty, and uphold True Religion's brand and selling standards while collaborating to achieve KPIs and maintain visual merchandising and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory, key-holder, or management role within a specialty or fashion environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a hands-on leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with driving store KPIs including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink while maintaining standards.
• Lead on the floor as Manager on Duty, setting expectations and leading shifts.
• Coach & develop associates through ongoing training and feedback.
