Qualifications

• Must have experience managing store operations and staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities required.
• Ability to train and develop store associates effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional store displays and fixture effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, handling damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom well-stocked and organized.
• Protect company assets, including store cash, and ensure policy compliance.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing store associates.
