Zusammenfassung

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in High Point, NC to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise is properly organized and stocked across floors and stockroom.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling tasks, training Store Associates, maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment, and upholding company policies and performance

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical daily duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize, move merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom to company standards.
• Protect store assets, including cash, and follow security procedures.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, bathrooms stocked, floors swept/mopped, trash removed.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
