Dollar Tree is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Hampstead, NC. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, and organize merchandise to maintain seasonal displays.

You will also participate in opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling tasks, and loss prevention, while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
