Job summary

Acima is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving lease-to-own sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a partner store.

The role involves processing credit turn-downs, reviewing lease applications, educating customers about leasing terms, and collaborating with retail partners to convert inquiries into Acima credit customers. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required. Pay ranges hourly between $14.45 and $16.49.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Educate customers on lease terms, payments, and the application process.
• Close sales by converting applications from in-store and web orders.
• Coordinate with partner stores and report to Store Manager.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and teamwork.
