Job summary

Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in account management and sales while delivering top-tier customer service. The role operates at a retail partner store location, handling credit turn-downs and web orders, promoting Acima’s leasing benefits, and driving conversions.

The position is hourly with potential bonuses based on performance, paid monthly, and may include various incentive programs. It is a full-time role with evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through channels (web, partner stores, walk ins).
• Identify, listen to, and fulfill customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, benefits, and application process.
• Close the sales cycle by converting applications (in-store and web orders).
• Work cooperatively with Acima partner stores in all operations aspects.
• Report to Store Manager regarding store and coworker activities and performance.
