Job summary

Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, account management and exceptional customer service at one of our partner stores.

You will process credit turn-downs and web orders, promote Acima's leasing benefits, and help convert applications into customers while coordinating with store staff. This is a full-time, hourly role with potential bonuses and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with account management and sales activities.
• Drive customer growth through channels (web, partner stores, walk ins).
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications from in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in operations and reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
