Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to assist the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and keeping the store running smoothly. This hands-on leadership role requires energy, ownership, and a customer-first mindset.

You will engage with customers on the floor, model our standards, and support daily operations while opportunities for development and advancement are available within the Foot Locker family.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
