Foot Locker in Tupelo, MS is seeking a Part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach the team, and keep the store running strong. This hands-on leader brings energy, ownership, and a customer-first mindset to every shift.

Responsibilities include leading on the floor, coaching teammates, managing opening/closing, and ensuring safety and store standards while using retail tech to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, ownership, and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and products.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled and support store priorities.
• Leverage retail tech to enhance customer experience and store execution.
