Hot Topic is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the mall store with a strong focus on sales, recruiting, and development. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving targets, promote new products, and build customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll guide a collaborative team, manage promotions, and ensure operations run smoothly including scheduling and shrink control. This role starts at $11.50–$15.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Promote products and promotions to drive customer engagement.
• Lead operations for an in-store experience including shrink and payroll control.
• Communicate trends and feedback with retail leadership and HQ.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time.
