Job summary

Lids Jersey City is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach associates, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Lids brand standards. You will act as manager on duty, oversee scheduling, inventory, training, and visual merchandising, and partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
