Job summary

Cotton On Group is hiring a part-time Key Holder in Eugene, Oregon. You will open/close, lead the store team, and provide top-notch customer service while processing transactions and supporting inventory and merchandising.

This role requires a positive attitude, collaboration, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail (leadership preferred) and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge/ability of collaboration to drive results as a team.
• Demonstrated awareness and understanding of basic Retail principles such as sales, stock and service delivery in stores.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Lead the store team as part of management
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity
• Engage with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully
• Train and mentor new associates as needed
• Work collaboratively and as a team towards a common goal
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others
• Act in a respectful manner to customers, managers and peers
