Cotton On is hiring a Part-Time Key Holder in Portland, OR. Open/close duties, lead the store, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will process sales, assist with inventory, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while supporting loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, preferably fast fashion
• Demonstrated collaboration to drive results as a team
• Understanding of basic retail principles: sales, stock, service delivery

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Lead the store team as part of management
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity
• Engages with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully
• Train and mentor new associates as needed
• Ability to interact collaboratively and work as a team towards a common goal
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others
• Acting in a respectful manner to customers, managers and peers
