Hot Topic in Wisconsin is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the loudest store in the mall, drive sales, and develop a team passionate about music and pop culture.

You’ll support the Store Manager with staffing, promotions, customer engagement (including curbside pickup), and daily operations to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, while coaching schedules, controlling shrink, and fostering teamwork.

Competenze

• Retail store management experience: 1–2 years.
• Strong communication, recruiting, and store operations skills.
• Ability to manage payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising.
• High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus.
• Adaptable to a fast-changing retail environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
