Job summary

Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager-PT to support the Store Manager in account management and sales while delivering excellent customer service at a partner store location.

The role includes processing credit turn-downs and web orders, promoting Acima's leasing benefits, and driving conversions. This is a part-time position paid hourly with a range of $13.73–$15.67 per hour and requires availability during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Driving customer growth through appropriate channels (web, partner stores, walk ins).
• Listening, identifying, and fulfilling all customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educating customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, benefits, the application process, and beginning-to-end of the application process.
