Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, and ensures smooth daily ops.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Partners with leadership in procedures and store recovery.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping.
