Job summary

Five Below in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Part Time Support Lead to help wow customers and lead a team.

You’ll train crew on the BEST customer service experience, oversee daily store operations, and assist with stock receiving and merchandising to keep the floor fresh and inviting. You will act as Manager on Duty when needed, manage opening/closing tasks, and support onboarding and training to improve team performance while driving sales and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and ensure excellent customer service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
