Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a Part-Time Regular Store Associate in Boston to support store operations and sales. The role involves stepping in for the Store Manager when needed, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and handling administrative tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

You will lead by example to achieve sales goals, execute floor sets, and ensure proper merchandising and promotions. This position emphasizes in-store presence, customer interaction, and adherence to company

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results.
• Takes initiative and has problem solving skills.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead store team to drive sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding goals.
• Communicate store goals and directives to maximize contributions toward the sales plan.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associate safety by identifying dangerous situations and reporting them.
• Process register functions accurately as directed.
• Ensure store meets Company standards for cleanliness on sales floor and in stockroom.
• Communicate changes in store policies and procedures to staff and implement them correctly.
