• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds as required.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead in driving sales and profitability by achieving store and individual goals.
• Communicate store goals and directives to maximize staff contributions toward sales.
• Effectively set up promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce store security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associate safety by reporting dangerous conditions to management.
• Process register functions and follow them as directed.
• Ensure store meets Company standards for cleanliness in sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate changes in store policies to staff and ensure implementation.
