Job summary

Go! Retail Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to open and close the store, manage the cash register, and assist customers.

This role offers up to 20 hours per week with weekend and evening shifts; you will greet customers, execute promotions, operate POS, and help maintain merchandising and store cleanliness. The role reports to the Store Manager and aligns with our values of integrity and community.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience or equivalent in a related field.
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader.
• Self-motivated with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• High integrity, accountability and reliability.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards.
• Receive and place new shipments.
• Reset features and promotions as directed.
• Complete regular housekeeping tasks.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled.
• Prepare cash bank at opening and nightly deposits at closing.
• Complete opening or closing checklists for every shift.
