Job summary

SNIPES USA in Providence, RI is seeking a Part Time Regular 3rd Key to assist in running the store when the Store Manager is unavailable. You will support opening and closing procedures and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks to keep operations smooth.

You will lead by example to drive sales, ensure proper floor sets and promotions, maintain merchandise presentation, train and guide staff, uphold security and safety policies, and uphold company standards for cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems; capable of standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift between 15-30 pounds and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead store teams to achieve or exceed sales goals and profitability.
• Communicate store goals to staff and ensure alignment with sales plan.
• Set up promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Direct merchandising presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associate safety and report hazards to management.
• Process register functions and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Ensure store meets company standards for cleanliness in sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate changes in store policies to staff and implement correctly.
