Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Part-time Keyholder to assist with daily store operations, sales, and client experience at our Ardmore location. You will help with opening/closing, safeguard assets, and support the sales team while delivering exceptional customer service.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior supervisory experience is preferred; familiarity with XStore and Tulip is a plus. Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in fashion or retail preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft & Apple technology is a plus.
