Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a role to maintain a safe and clean store environment and support daily operations to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, and windows, using approved chemicals, stocking supplies, completing training, supporting stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment, and greeting customers to assist with products and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) per Kohl's standards.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor and replenish supplies; rotate and store chemicals properly.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Assist with stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
