Job summary

Kohl's is hiring a Part Time Store Cleaning & Operations Associate in Sheboygan, WI. You will ensure a safe and clean store environment, perform daily cleaning tasks, and support stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining supplies, completing training, and assisting customers with products and services while upholding Kohl's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store and maintain safe, clean environment.
• Follow approved procedures, chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain stock of chemicals and supplies; rotate and store properly.
• Complete training for chemicals, equipment and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed.
• Use store tools and technology to plan and communicate with the team.
• Assist operations with stockroom tasks and omni-channel fulfillment as needed.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Demonstrate customer service mindset and resolve issues.
• Meet or exceed goals related to productivity and loyalty.
• Handle multiple tasks within set timeframes.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Receive direction from supervisors and respond proactively.
