Responsibilities

• Models customer experience best practices with customers and colleagues.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Rings purchases/returns and handles cash accurately per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintains merchandising and floor procedures and standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and follows company procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness duties.
• Maintains safety and adheres to labor policies and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
