Job summary

TJX in Nashville is seeking a store associate to deliver excellent customer service, operate registers, and maintain product presentation. You will support daily store operations, promote loyalty programs, and help keep the sales floor organized and safe.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing tasks and shifts in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Model superior customer service with customers and teammates.
• Accurately ring up purchases and returns and handle payments per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per company standards.
• Support store cleanliness, recovery, and organization throughout the day.
• Assist in loss prevention, safety, and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with team across shifts to meet store needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
