Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred (1 year+).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional and timely.
• Able to follow instructions with a positive attitude; comfortable with computers.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/sit for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with high level of service to minimize complaints.
• Engage customers and make them feel welcome in store.
• Promote products to support sales and inventory goals.
• Conduct outbound communications and invite customers to events.
• Maintain current knowledge of products and promotions.
• Assemble/disassemble merchandise and displays at promo periods.
• Manage and maintain stock in store.
• Maintain a clean and presentable environment.
