Job summary

Salon Services PRO is seeking a Store Assistant in Littleton, Colorado, to support in-store merchandising, customer service, and POS transactions. This role is up to 10 hours per week and requires strong communication, cash handling, and basic math skills.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting products, handling stock, and maintaining a clean store. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable with computers. ADA accommodations are possible.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional manner.
• Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable with computers and basic numerical tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be readily available to assist and support incoming customers with a high level of service and aim for 0 complaints.
• Engage customers to create a welcoming in-store experience.
• Contribute to sales and inventory goals through promotion of products and excellent service.
• Conduct outbound communications and invite customers to company events.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to assist customers.
• Assemble and disassemble Merchandise and Promotional Displays as needed.
• Manage and maintain stock in store.
• Keep a clean and presentable environment for customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
