Responsibilities

• Assist and support customers, delivering high level of service with goal of minimizing complaints.
• Engage customers to create a welcoming and comfortable store atmosphere.
• Contribute to sales and inventory goals through product promotion and service.
• Handle outbound customer communications, such as thank you notes or event invitations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to assist customers.
• Set up and take down merchandise and displays before and after promotions.
• Manage and maintain in-store stock and keep the environment clean.
