Job summary

Absolute Storage Management is seeking a Split Assistant Manager to support customer rentals and drive strong service levels at multiple locations in the Atlanta area. The role combines sales with operations, requiring a high level of urgency and multitasking in a friendly, team-driven environment.

You will assist renters in-person or by phone, identify storage needs, and guide customers through the rental process while maintaining site standards and handling daily admin duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service-related environment preferred.
• Property Manager: at least one year of property management experience preferred.
• A background screening will be conducted at time of hire.
• For driving positions, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and through advertising/marketing opportunities; enhance sales through rentals, insurance and moving supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and offering solutions; guide new customers through rental processes.
• Resolves issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units; keep well-organized records and perform minor maintenance tasks and regular property inspections.
• Shop local competitors in-person and online; report information gathered to supervisors and other departments; perform additional marketing functions as needed.
• Monitors rates, specials, and revenue-related factors.
• Perform required daily administrative tasks including handling cash, balancing receipts, pursuing collections, posting payments, processing daily bank deposits and completing auctions according to policy and laws.
• If at a participating location, assist tenants with completing, processing and returning rentals through programs such as U-Haul, Penske, or company-owned rental truck services.
