Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment in Lafayette is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to help keep our store organized and shelves stocked. You will unload deliveries, move products to the sales floor, and assist customers with carry-outs and displays, contributing to a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

A positive, professional attitude helps us serve tradespeople and weekend warriors alike. Open availability is required; you may work some weekends and holidays and must be able to lift 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and putting the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
• Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
