Job summary

Kettering-Heights-Post-Acute is seeking a part-time Staffing/Scheduling specialist to coordinate STNA and nursing schedules in our Ohio facility. You will communicate with STNAs and nurses about shifts, call-offs, and changes, and help keep coverage running smoothly.

You’ll build positive relationships with the nursing team, assist with coverage during unexpected call-offs, and maintain up-to-date staffing records while working closely with leadership to identify needs.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience or staffing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to multitask.
