Job summary

KETTERINGHEIGHTS is seeking a Part-Time Staffing/Scheduling Specialist to support our care team in Ohio. You will help ensure residents receive uninterrupted care by coordinating STNA and nursing shifts and handling last‑minute changes with a calm, friendly approach.

You’ll work independently, stay organized, maintain scheduling records, and build positive relationships with our nursing staff and leadership. If you enjoy helping people and being part of a team, we’d love to meet you!

Qualifications

• Healthcare, STNA, CNA, scheduling, or staffing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to multitask.

• Previous healthcare, STNA, CNA, scheduling, or staffing experience is a plus.

• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with staff.
• Able to handle last-minute changes with professionalism and a sense of humor.
• Someone who enjoys helping people and being part of a team.
