Job summary

PACS Group in Michigan is seeking a Part-Time Staffing Scheduler to coordinate STNA and nursing schedules, communicate with staff about calls, shifts, and changes, and keep coverage running smoothly. You will build relationships with the nursing team and help secure coverage during unexpected call-offs.

The ideal candidate has healthcare scheduling experience, strong communication and organization, and a calm, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare, STNA, CNA, scheduling or staffing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, flexible and able to multitask.
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with staff.
• Capable of handling last-minute changes with professionalism and humor.
• Enjoy helping people and being part of a team.
