Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Alabama teaching certificate in the grade level, subject area(s) assigned.
• Ability to meet suitability criteria under Alabama Child Protection Act.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills with diverse groups to maximize student achievement.
• Ability to develop and implement curriculum for designated grade level/content area.
• Ability to use technology to communicate, plan, and provide instruction; manage data and reports.
