Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a dependable Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support our Greenville home care operations in a part-time Staffing Coordinator role. The position involves in-home patient care and coordinating caregiver activities three days per week, 12:00–5:00 pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will perform direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and document client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA with valid DFS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and reading/writing skills required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain accurate client records as required by the agency.
• Respect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
